Lived Experience

Alongside my professional background, I bring valuable lived experience that shapes the way I support individuals and their families. I understand that every person's journey is unique and recognise the importance of feeling heard, understood, and accepted.

Having experienced challenges that have strengthened my empathy and resilience, I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can build confidence, develop independence, and thrive at their own pace. This personal understanding allows me to form genuine, trusting relationships and provide support that is not only professional but also compassionate and authentic.

At LV Inclusive Support LTD, lived experience complements professional knowledge—it never replaces it. Every individual is supported with respect, dignity, and an approach tailored to their own strengths, goals, and aspirations.

Professional Speaking & Lived Experience

As an individual with lived experience of autism, I have delivered talks as part of a training programme for Lincolnshire County Council. These sessions focused on sharing my personal experiences to help professionals develop a deeper understanding of autism, promote more inclusive practice, and highlight the importance of listening to autistic voices when shaping support and services.

This experience demonstrates my confidence in public speaking, my ability to educate professionals through lived experience, and my commitment to improving outcomes for autistic individuals.
